摘要
为了研究不同地区的O型血液中国人血清中的抗体效价是否有明显的差异和不同地区的抗体效价水平,对11个城市的O型血液抗体效价水平进行了检测。用全自动微板法,对调查的440份O型血抗-A、B抗体的IgM和IgG效价进行统计,表明IgM抗体效价较低,1:16出现的频次最高;IgG抗体效价较高,1:64出现的频次最高。各省市之间的抗体水平没有明显差异。
