高压静电场对雏鸡免疫器官T细胞功能和IL-2诱生活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 应用细胞培养技术和MTT测定法,对高压静电场照射1日龄雏鸡后,其免疫器官T细胞对ConA增殖功能和IL-2诱生活性的动态变化进行了观测。结果,高压正静电场对雏鸡免疫器官T细胞功能和IL-2免疫调节机能有促进作用,而高压负静电场可使上述被检指标降低。 Objective of this trial was to study the dynamic changes of T lymphocyte proliferative responses to ConA and inductive activity of interleukine-2(IL-2) in immune organs of one-day-old chicks treated with high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF) through using 3-[4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-y1]-2, 5-diphenyltetra-zolium bromide (MTT) method. The results showed that the T lymphocyte function and inductive activity of IL-2 in immune organs of chicks treated with positive HVEF significantly elevated compared with control group. By contrast ,the detected items above of chicks treated with negative HVEF decreased.
