摘要
研究了Cu-0.40Cr-0.15Zr合金,在950℃固溶1 h,淬火后,然后拉拔至3 mm,460℃时效,时效时间对材料的力学性能和导电性能的影响。根据试验结果,分析了在460℃时效时,Cu-0.40Cr-0.15Zr合金的强度、延伸率、导电率的变化。结果表明在经过固溶冷加工变形后在460℃时效2 h,Cu-0.40Cr-0.15Zr合金的抗拉强度、延伸率、电导率分别达515 MPa,22%,81%IACS,满足高强高导Cu-Cr-Zr合金的应用要求。
After being kept at 950℃ for 1 h and quenched, then drawn into 3 mm in diameter and aged at 460℃, the effect of the aging time on mechanical and electrical conductivity properties of the Cu- 0.40Cr-0.15Zr alloy were researched. According to the experiment results, the change of tensile strength, elongation and electrical conductivity of Cu-0.40Cr- 0.15Zr alloy was analysed. The results of experiment show that after solid solution at 950 ℃, cold deformation and aging, the Cu-0.40Cr-0.15Zr alloy has the comprehensive properties of tensile strength 515 MPa, elongation 22%, and electrical conductivity 81%IACS which can meet the needs of application requirements of high strength and high conductivity of Cu-Cr-Zr al- loy.
