现代英语教学中交际法的引入及其利与弊 被引量:4

摘要 现代英语教学的目的是培养学生的英语综合应用能力,特别是听说能力,使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流。传统教学法过多强调语法结构的学习,注重语言形式而非意义,着重培养学生的读写能力而忽略了其他语言技能的发展。因此,在现代英语教学中仅靠传统教学法是不够的。而交际教学法的目标是培养学生的交际能力,包括语言知识以及在交际语境中如何恰当使用语言知识的能力。尽管也有其自身的利弊,但交际法的引入无疑会给现代英语教学注入新的活力。 The goal of modem English teaching is to develop students' comprehensive abilities of using language,especially listening and speaking skills.So that they can use English to communicate effectively both in spoken form and in written form in their future job and social interaction. Traditional teaching method places too much emphasis on learning of grammar,fceuses on language form instead of its meaning,alms to train the students' reading and writing abilities but usually ignores the development of other language skills. Therefore, totally depending on traditional method is not enough in our modem English teaching. The goal of Communicative Language Teaching is to develop students' communicative competence, which includes both the knowledge about the language and the knowledge about how to use fire language appropriatdy in communicative situations. Although it has its own advantages and disadvantages, the introduction of Communicative Language Teaching will doubtless inspire modem English teaching with great vigor.
