摘要
合适的动物模型造模方法是动物实验成功的关键,现国内外有关急性冠脉综合征的动物模型造模方法有冠状动脉结扎法、药物法、栓塞法、电刺激法、自发动物模型法,文章讨论了各自的优势与不足,研究者应结合实际需要慎重选择,并期待可以建立更接近人类冠状动脉综合征的动物模型。
A proper animal model is the key in an animal experiment. There were several method in the constructing of animal model for Acute Coronary Syndrome（ACS） ,including method of the ligation of coronary artery,drugs for contracting vessels,infarction,irritating vessels with electricity and spontaneous ACS animals. The article below compare the advantage and disadvantage of several methods. The experimenter should select an appropriate method in experiment. And hope the animal model of ACS approach the human further.
