摘要
水力空化是一种很有发展前途的新型水处理技术。简要介绍了水力空化技术水处理的机理。讨论了水力空化装置的具体参数,如入口压力,限流区的结合参数等,及流体的物理化学性质,如蒸汽压力、粘度、溶解气体等对空化效果的影响。分析了多种水力空化反应器的特点,水力空化反应器具有设计简单,易于操作,容易放大到工业应用等优点。综述了在国外该技术应用于污水处理、消毒及其它方面的最新研究成果。研究结果表明水力空化技术是一种有广阔发展前景的水处理技术。提出了水力空化技术应用于水处理需解决的关键技术难题。展望了该技术今后的研究方向。
Hydrodynamic cavitation is a promising wastewater treatment, In this paper, the principle of hydrodynamic cavitation was introduced briefly. The effects of various operation and geometric parameters on the cavitation, such as inlet pressure, geometry of constriction, physico-chemical properties of liquid, and so on, have been discussed, Furthermore, there was some analysis about several hydrodynamic cavitation reactors. The hydrodynamic cavitation reactors have some virtues simple design, convenient control and easy transfer from the laboratory scale into commercial scale. Moreover. comprehensive reviews on the applications and research advances in wastewater treatment have been given. The investigation demonstrated that hydrodynamic cavitation was a long term potential water treatment technique. Finally, several problems encountered during the period of the technique maturity and the develonmental trends are exnounded.
