摘要
该文研究实验培养的沉水植物苦草分别暴露于1mL有机溶剂乙醇、丙酮、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜和石油醚下的生长状况,并测定了植物叶片的叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等生理生化指标.分析结果表明,五种有机溶剂对苦草生长和生理过程均可产生胁迫作用,其中乙醇、二甲基甲酰胺、丙酮影响大,短期内可以造成植物叶片变黄或变黑,叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量急剧下降,石油醚次之,二甲亚砜影响最小.在有机溶剂胁迫下,苦草自身的防御酶系统可产生相应抗性,从抗氧化酶的活性大小来看,丙酮处理样最高,乙醇处理样最低.研究结果表明,有机溶剂对苦草的作用与有机溶剂的种类以及性质有一紧密联系.
In this paper , V. spiralis was exposed to Hoagland nutrient solution with lml organic solvents(ethanol, acetone, DMF, DMSO, PetroleumEther)to study their stress on the submerged plant. The chlorophyll content, the soluble protein and the activity of SOD,POD and CAT of the leaves of the plant were measured by spectrometer. The results showed that five organic solvents had stress on the process of growth and physiology of V. spiralis. It was influenced greatly in ethanol, acetone and DMF with the leares growing yellow or black and the rapid decrease of the content of soluble protein and chlorophyll. The second was in Petroleum ether and the lest in DMSO. The plant had resistance to the organic solvents with different degree through antioxidase . The activity of enzyme was the lowest in ethanol and the highest in acetone. The research showed that the organic solvents stress on V. spiralis was related to the type and property of organic solvent.
