摘要
将企业的供应链管理模式用于高职院校管理,有助于构建"无缝对接"的校企合作人才培养模式。理想的高职教育供应链应体现办学主体多元、学历层次齐全,与普通高等教育系统、就业渠道、生源渠道互通互连。实现这种"无缝对接",需要政府参与调整供应链结构,高职院校实施拉动式人才供应链战略,并与外界建立良好的伙伴关系,同时做好就业信息平台建设工作。
Applying the management model of supply chain in enterprise into the management of higher vocational schools can contribute to build the talents cultivation model of cooperation between school and enterprise of seamless joint. The ideal supply chain of higher vocational education should embody the diversification of school-running subject, the completion of diploma level and mutual communication and connection with general higher education system, employment approach and students recruitment approach. To achieve the seamless joint, government should participate in the adjustment of supply chain structure; higher vocational schools should carry out the strategy of hauling talents supply chain, build constructive parteruship with outside world, and construct employment information platform.
