摘要
本文对外文图书从采购到最终利用的整个流程进行了分析和探讨,并指出外文图书利用率的提高需要图书馆加强对其利用的策略研究。
The thesis discussed about making use of foreign books,analyzed the course which from purchasing to t utilization of foreign books. The improvement of foreign books＇ availability needs the enhancement of libraries＇strategy research.
