先进再燃脱硝机理与添加剂增效机理 被引量:6

NITROUS OXIDE REDUCTION MECHANISM AND SYNERGISTIC MECHANISM OF ADDITIVES FOR ADVANCED REBURNING PROCESS

摘要 先进再燃是将再燃和喷入氨剂相结合的脱硝技术.添加剂可以改善先进再燃脱硝反应,进一步提高脱硝效率.主要阐述了先进再燃脱硝技术的进展和脱硝机理,综述了先进再燃脱硝添加剂及其增效机理.添加剂可对同相和异相还原反应起促进作用,可同时利用一种或几种添加剂以改善再燃和氨剂还原NOx的反应,其中碱金属化合物是先进再燃的良好添加剂.有必要筛选制备合适高效的添加剂,进一步研究添加剂对再燃、氨剂还原NOx的增效机理及其协同反应条件. Advanced reburning (AR) is a NO. control technology integrated reburning with injection of nitrogen agent. Additives can improve the NO, reduction in AR process,and enhance the rate of NOx reduction. NO, reduction mechanism and progress of AR are reviewed,and additives and synergistic mechanisms for AR process are summarized. Additives have a promotion to homogeneous and heterogeneous reactions, so one or several additives may be adopted to promote the NOx reduction of reburning and nitrogen agent,and alkali metals compounds are better additives for AR process. It is necessary to identify appropriate and more effective additives, and further study the synergistic mechanism and conditions of additives for reburning and injection of nitrogen agent.
