摘要
目的研究酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合体(caseinphosphopeptide-amorphiccalciumphosphate,CPP-ACP)对变形链球菌产酸的影响,探讨CPP-ACP作为一种生物防龋制剂的可行性。方法将变形链球菌加入含不同浓度CPP-ACP的蔗糖培养基中,厌氧培养48h,用精密pH计检测培养基上清液的pH值,计算pH的变化值ΔpH(初始pH值-终末pH值)。结果随CPP-ACP浓度的升高,培养基上清液的pH值升高,ΔpH降低,即变形链球菌的产酸量降低(P<0.01)。结论CPP-ACP对变形链球菌产酸具有抑制作用,且随CPP-ACP浓度的升高抑制作用增强。
Objective To investigate the effect of casein phosphopeptide - amorphic calcium phosphate( CPP - ACP) on the acid production of Streptococcus mutans and to evaluate the possibility of CPP - ACP as a biological anti - caries agent. Methods Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175 were inoculated in culture containing 1% sucrose and different concentrations of CPP - ACP and grew in anaerobiccondition at 37℃ for 48 hours. The primary pH values and final pH values of the supernate were measured, then the △pH compared. Results With the concentration of CPP - ACP increasing, the final pH value of supernate rose and the △pH dropped, the acid production of Streptococcus mutans decreased( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion CPP- ACP can inhibit the acid production of Streptococcus mutans effectively, and the inhibitory effect enhanced as CPP- ACP concentration increased.
