摘要
目的:应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测早期自然流产和正常早期妊娠孕妇血清中人微小病毒B19(B19病毒)非结构蛋白DNA,对比分析早期自然流产的原因。方法:收集40例早期自然流产和70例正常早期妊娠孕妇的血清,应用套式PCR技术检测两组孕妇血清中的B19病毒非结构蛋白DNA。结果:40例早期自然流产孕妇血清中,5例(12.5%)B19病毒阳性,70例对照组孕妇血清中1例(1.43%)B19病毒阳性。两者比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:B19病毒是导致早期自然流产的原因之一。
Objective: To detect the infective rate of parvovirus B19 in the first-trimester spontaneous abortion . Methods: The parvovirus B19 nonstructural protein DNA was assayed by PCR in sera of 40 pregnant women with first-trimester spontaneous abortion and in sera of 70 normal pregnant women in the first-trimester. Results: The positive rate of spontaneous abortion group were 12.5%, while in the normal group were 1.43%, with significant difference. Conclusion: The results verifid that there would be a possible relation between the first-trimester spontaneous abortion and B19 infection.
