真实工作预览的有效实施 被引量:4

摘要 真实工作预览作为人力资源管理中一种有效的招聘技术,在西方得到广泛的重视和研究,而国内对这一问题的研究还比较有限。本文在介绍真实工作预览相关内容的基础上,着重分析真实工作预览的内容及其实施过程,并进一步探讨与真实工作预览相关的几个问题。
