通过真实工作预览降低新员工离职率 被引量:9

摘要 真实工作预览是企业向应聘者展现有关工作的全面信息,包括积极的和消极的。国外研究已经证实这是一种降低新员工离职率的有效方法,但目前在我国尚未引起重视。本文分析了真实工作预览的作用机理、操作过程及工作要点,希望能推动对真实工作预览方法的研究,并尽早在企业中推广和使用。
