摘要
加入WTO,是21世纪中国的选择。在机遇和挑战面前,我国图书馆应采取积极措施,及时调整自己的管理体制和运行机制,加强硬件建设,提高服务水平,制定适应入世要求的法规,提高馆员素质,培养复合型人才以求得生存与发展。
Since joining the WTO, libraries in China are faced with both opportunities and challenges. This paper has discussed both the opportunities and challenges, and gives the way to deal with them.
