摘要
本文分析了高校女性管理者在自我认知的基础上如何寻求自我价值的实现和在现存的社会制度和文化建构下,高校女性管理者得到社会认同的主要障碍;文章最后从经济学视角探讨了女性管理者如何通过寻求自我认知与社会认同的适度均衡问题,最大限度地实现自身的自我价值和社会价值。
The paper analyses the way as to how to realize female directors self-value based on their self- recognition and argues that the female directors are facing a lot of difficulties on their ways of obtaining social identity under the existing social system and cultural structure. Finally, from the perspective of economics, the paper discusses the moderate balance between self-recognition and social identity that female directors explore and how to realize their maximum self-values and social values.
