摘要
针对超市制冷机组在制冷工况下运行时要向大气环境排放大量的冷凝热,本文对冷凝热回收制冷技术进行了研究,提出了一种应用在超市制冷系统中的热气回收系统。该系统主要包括制冷系统设备、热回收装置以及辅助设备等。热回收装置的关键设备是换热器,用来回收压缩机组排气热量,包括显热和潜热部分。对该系统节能和制冷性能的影响进行了实验分析,通过对热回收制冷系统在加热工况、供热工况及对制冷系统性能影响的研究表明,该系统可以节约更多的能源,使冷凝热得到更合理的应用且降低能耗,同时,使用该系统也可以提高机组的运行效率,改善制冷压缩机组的运行工况。
In the supermarkets, a lot of condensing heat is discharged from refrigeration system. In the domestic supermarkets, the condensing heat is wasted , and results in the air pollution. In this paper, we present a new refrigeration system with heat reclaim of compressor discharge gas. The principle and composition of the system are discussed. The system consists of refrigeration facility, heat reclaim facility and other facility, the key component of the heat reclaim facility is the heat exchanger. It is used to reclaim exhaust heat. The heat reclaim system can utilize the rejected heat to produce hot water and lower the energy costs. It can also improve the performance of refrigeration system. The effectiveness of the proposed heat reclaim system is proved through application experiments in the supermarkets.
