摘要
利用SP-2558多功能光谱测量系统,对太湖水、普通自来水和纯水在紫外光激励下产生的荧光光谱及其特性进行了实验研究。结果表明,太湖水在波长290nm左右的紫外光激励下能产生较强的荧光。荧光峰是360nm至510nm范围的宽谱峰,荧光峰值波长在453nm左右;在同一紫外光激励下,三种取样水所产生的荧光光谱有明显的差异。太湖水强而宽的荧光光谱来自于污染物,荧光光谱的差异对应水质污染的情况。研究方法可作为鉴别水质污染的一种有效的手段。
The fluorescence spectra of taihu-water and water and pure-water induced by UV-light and its characteristic were studied experimentally by using SP-2558 multifunctional spectrometer system. The results show that a stronger fluorescence can be generated when taihu-water is induced by UV-light with a wavelength of 290nm. The fluorescence spectra is within a range from 36Ohm to 510nm. Its peak wavelength is about 453nm. Induced by the same UV-light, the fluorescence spectra and its characteristic of three kinds of water were obviously different. Through analyzing, it has concluded that the strong and wide fluorescence spectra of taihu-water comes from the pollutants. The difference of fluorescence spectra correspond with the degree of water pollution. The research method might be used to discriminate if the water was polluted or not.
