摘要 了解目标消费群体的喜好是客户需求研究的一项重要内容。究竟人们喜欢什么样的皮鞋的外观?喜欢或不喜欢的程度又如何?通过访问得到了40种客户需求,设计了Kano形式的问卷,并邀请180位消费者针对这些需求选择最符合他们想法的答案,共得到了人们关于皮鞋美学方面的14400个答复。通过统计分析,了解到客户对皮鞋外观上的一些基本需求和看法。 To know the customer's like and dislike is an important content for understanding the customer needs. What kind of footwear appearance do people like? And how do they like them? This research bases on a survey about 40 customers' needs relating to aesthetics of leather shoes, which are from customers' statements by interviewing. After designing a Kano questionnaire, the researcher invited some customers to select the answers, which are most appropriate to them for the 40 pairs of questions. 180 participants give 14400 responses on it. By analyzing the data, the author gets a main idea of the customers' needs on footwear aesthetics.
