摘要 研究了华南紫萁,OsmundavachelliiHOOk,孢子萌发和配子体发育过程,结果表明:孢子因含叶绿体而呈绿色[2],孢子壁为淡灰白色.孢子四面体形,辐射对称.孢子分裂产生两个细胞,小的细胞细胞伸长为假根,大的为配子体的原始细胞,原叶体的原始细胞分裂产生形成丝状体,丝状体顶端所有细胞同时分裂形成片状体,最后配子体成心脏形,具一个中脉和薄的侧翅的原叶体,孢子播种32天后开始在原叶体上出现了圆球状的精子器和颈卵器,精子卵子结合成合子,由合子发育成胚,胚发育成幼孢子体并寄生有配子体上,幼孢子体生长成为植株.用显微摄影摄像观察和记录了它们的孢子萌发和配子体发育过程,并把生活史的各个发育阶段的标本进行原色保存,制成完整的蕨类生活史标本. Osmmcla vachellii Hook spore germination and develop is studied, the result showed: the spore presents green because of containing chloroplast; spore wall is fight offwhite; spore figure is tetrahedron and radial symmetry. The spore divid into two cells: the small cell elongates to rhizines; the big is initial cell of gametophyte. Prothallus cell divided to mitoplast, the cell on the top of it divided to platelet at the same time and the gametophyte form prothallus which have midrib and thin side fin and form a heart shape at last. The prothallus developed antheridium and archegonium after the spore planting 32 days. The sperm and oocyte fused to zygocyte, the zygocyte developed embryo; the embryo developed young spore and parasitized on gametophyte; the young spore developed plants. We recorded the process of spore germination and gametophyte development, then primary color persevered the specimen of every development stages in life cycle and the complete specimen' s life cycle are made.
