摘要 随着碳纳米管在工业制造、纳米技术和生物医学等各个领域的广泛应用,碳纳米管已经以各种不同的方式进入我们的环境和身体,因此我们对碳纳米管可能给人们带来的健康与安全性能必需要有足够的认识.本文就碳纳米管的背景知识及近年来国内外对碳纳米管的毒理作用和染毒方法的研究进行综述,为人们进一步认识和更好地应用碳纳米管提供相关依据. With the extensive use of carbon nanotubes in industrial fabrication, nanotechnology, and biological medicine, carbon nanotubes have infiltrated into our environment and our body in various means; therefore, we must be fully aware of the effect on our health and of its safety that carbon nanotubes is likely to bring to us.Based on the introduction to its general definition and its application prospects, the paper generalizes the research status of the biological noxious effect of carbon nanotubes so as to provide people with relevant evidences for their further research and application of carbon nanotubes.
