芦荟超声-微波协同萃取物抗脂质氧化作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究芦荟不同溶剂超声微波协同萃取提取物对菜籽油、猪油、棉籽油及葵花油的抗氧化作用。方法:以无水乙醇、蒸馏水及无水乙醇-蒸馏水(体积比为1∶1)为溶剂,采用超声微波协同萃取提取,采用743 Ranc im at食用油氧化稳定性测定仪分别测定提取物对菜籽油、猪油、棉籽油及葵花油的抗氧化作用。结果:不同溶剂提取物对油脂的抗氧化性存在差异;无水乙醇提取物抗氧化作用明显,并随提取物加入量的增加抗氧化性有提高的趋势,但对不同的油脂抗氧化性也存在一定的差异。结论:芦荟无水乙醇提取物可以作为菜籽油的抗氧化添加物,具有研究开发价值。 Objective: This paper studied anti - oxidation of the extracts from Aloe on oil. Method : The extracts from Aloe were extracted by means of ultrasound and microwave - assisted synergism extraction with anhydrous ethanol, distilled water and anhydrous ethanol - distilled water respectively. It's effects of antioxidant activities on rapeseed oil, lard, cotton - seed oil and sunflower - seed oil were determined by Rancimat Model 743. Result: Different extracts showed different anti - oxidation on lipid. The anhydrous ethanol extraction showed higher antioxidant activities on rape - sees oil and lard than others. Conclusion: The anhydrous ethanol extraction can be used as antioxidant additive of rap oil.
