摘要
目的:比较苹果、猕猴桃、桔子、梨对羟自由基(.OH)的清除作用。方法:以抗坏血酸(Vc)、甘露醇作阳性对照,采用分光光度法测定甲基紫-Fe2+-H2O2体系吸光度的变化,比较4种水果对.OH的清除作用。结果:苹果、猕猴桃、梨和桔子原汁清除.OH的IC50分别为0.007ml、0.007ml、0.6ml、0.5ml;阳性对照抗坏血酸(0.01mol/L)与甘露醇(0.001mol/L)的IC50分别为1.2ml和0.38ml。梨和桔子原汁清除.OH的能力相当,苹果与猕猴桃原汁的清除能力相当而且强于前2种。结论:4种水果对.OH均有很好的清除作用。
Aim:To compare the antihydroxyl radical activity of four kinds of fruits. M othods:Speetrophotometry was used to determine the antihydroxyl radical activity of apple, Chinese gooseberry, orange, and pear. The ascorbic acid (0 .1 mol/L) and mannitol (0. 001 mol/L) were used as positive control. Results: The IC50 of apple,Chinese gooseberry,pear and orange was 0. 007 ml,0. 007 ml,0.6 ml,0.5 ml, respectively. The IC50 of ascorbic acid and mannitol was 1.2 ml and 0.38 ml. The scavenging effects of apple and Chinese gooseberry were better in comparison with pear and orange. Conclusion : The four kinds of fruits have sicnificant antihvdroxvl radical activity.
