摘要 针对多功能数字化弧焊逆变电源用于不同焊接方法时工艺过程不同和焊接参数众多的特点,采用键盘输入和LCD显示设计开发了基于数字信号处理器DSP的人机交互系统。通过数据结构的通用化设计和程序流程的优化设计,该系统实现了焊接工艺过程和焊接参数的方便设置和统一管理,用户操作和显示界面简洁、直观、灵活,极大地提高了多功能数字化弧焊逆变电源的实用性。 According to the characteristics of digital-controlled inverter arc welding power supply with multi-functions,such as the distinctions of welding process between different welding methods and numerous parameters,a human-machine intercommunication system is designed and developed based on Digital Signal Processor,by using keyi^oard input and LCD display.Through the design of data structures with generalization and program flowcharts with optimization ,the convenient configuration and unified management on the welding process and parameters are configured in this system ,the users operation and display interface being compact, straight and vivid ,thus enhancing the practicability of multi-functional digital controlled inverter arc welding power supply to a maximum extent.
