摘要
通过DTA(差热分析仪)初探了环氧树脂固化工艺制度,然后采用正交实验分析筛选出一个最佳的配方和固化工艺制度。将一种具有增韧作用的活性稀释剂加入此配方的树脂体系中,结果显示增韧后的树脂体系粘度低、流动性佳、对纤维浸润良好并能获得较好的力学性能,适合于RTM工艺制造高性能复合材料。
Through DTA tentatively examining the curing process and orthogonal test, the optimized formula and curing conditions have been decided. Adding a kind of active diluents with the effect of toughening the resin system, the results show that the resin system has low viscosity, can well impregnate the fiber and has good mechanic property. So it is suitable for making the high performance composites by RTM process.
