摘要
文章分别选取我国大学图书馆、公共图书馆、专业图书馆中具有代表性的图书馆作为探讨两种参考咨询制度的研究对象,从制度建设、开展形式、服务效果等方面进行比较和分析,认为创造适合参考咨询制度生存和发展的机遇与条件,建立相对完整且易于操作的统一规范,根据不同需求提升信息服务能力,是实现学科化、知识化、个性化服务的前提。
The author selects three types of library that are university library, public library and academy library as study object in this article. Analyzes and discusses the differences between reference librarian system and subject hbrarian system mainly from the facets with creating, implement form and service impact. Through comparative study it can be deemed that creating the suitable chance and condition are very important to reference service's development. Moreover, setting up the integrated and easy criterion for reference service may be the first factor when carrying out subject service and individuation service.
