文中通过求解薛定谔方程得到由N个矩形势垒构成的量子系统的变换矩阵和电子透射系数的精确解。
The transfer matrix and transmission coefficient of electron tunneling through a quantum system consisting of N rectangular barriers are obtained by solving the Schrodinger equation.Effects of structure on electron resonant tunneling are studied in multiquantum well systems.
