大蒜素体外抗B组柯萨奇病毒的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究大蒜素体外抗柯萨奇病毒B(Coxsackievirus group B type1-6,CVB1~CVB6)的作用。方法 观察大蒜素的细胞毒性、对CVB1~CVB6直接灭活作用、抗CVBI~CVB6吸附作用及对CVB1~CVB6生物合成抑制作用。结果 大蒜素对Hep-2细胞的半数中毒浓度(TC50)分别为2100μg/mL;无直接灭活CVB-CVB6及抗CvB1~CVB6吸附作用;大蒜素可呈剂量依赖性抑制CVB2、CVB6、CVB6生物合成。结论 大蒜素在体外通过抑制吨、CVB3、CVB6生物合成而发挥抗CVB的作用。 Objective To investigate the action of garlicin on Coxsackie virus group type B1 - 6 (CVB1 - 6) in vitro. Methods The cytotoxicities test on Hep - 2 cell, the direct Inactivation of CVB1-6, the inhibition of CVB1-6 adsorption and biosynthesis were performed. Results The 50 % toxic concentration (TC50) of garlicin was 2 100 μg/mL. Garlicin showed no direct inactivation of CVB1- 6 or inhibition of CVB1 -CVB6 adsorption. Garlicin could be dose dependently inhibit CVB2, CVB3, CVB6 biosynthesis. Conclusion Garlicin could produce obvious inhibition effects on CVB2 ,CVB3 ,CVB6 in vitro by prevention of CVB2, CVB3, CVB6 biosynthesis.
