摘要
提倡编辑氛围和谐,目的是促进科技期刊的良性循环。通过列举编辑工作中的典型不和谐现象,提醒编者正确梳理和平衡编辑领域的人际关系,调动相关各方积极性,使之相互信赖、和睦相处、协同工作。和谐编辑氛围的形成,有利于弥补编者自身知识和能力的先天不足,保障编辑工作目标的实现。
A harmonious editorial atmosphere may promote a positive circulation of sci-tech periodicals. Some typical examples of unharmonious phenomena in the editors＇ work are given to remind editors of the importance of a good relationship in the editorial field, for evoking intiatives of editors, authors, and readers, building trust among them and encouraging their cooperations. A harmonious editorial atmosphere can make up the deficiency in editors＇ knowledge and capability, and ensure the achievement of editors＇ working objectives.
