摘要
PLC控制系统的可靠性直接影响到工业企业的安全生产和经济运行,而系统的抗干扰能力是关系到整个系统可靠运行的关键。对PLC控制系统的干扰源进行了研究,认为PLC控制系统中的干扰源主要来自空间辐射的干扰、系统外引线的干扰及PLC系统内部的干扰3个方面,并分析了这些干扰在控制系统中的影响,提出了几种抗干扰的主要措施,即电源部分的拦截是抗干扰的重点,采用合适的电缆以及电缆的敷设要正确,完善而合理的接地系统等抗干扰的有效措施。
The reliability of the PLC control system directly influences the safe production and economy running of industries and enterprises and the system's antijamming ability is the key to the whole system's reliable running. The noise source of the PLC control system was researched in this thesis. The noise sources of the PLC control system come from the jamming of space radiance, down-leads out of the system and the jamming inside the PLC system. The influence of these jammings on the control system was analysed. Several main measures of antijamming were put forward. The hold-up of the electric power is of importance to antijamming. Proper cable should be adopted and the laying of the cable ought to be correct. Consummate and proper grounding system is also an effective measure of antijamming.
