摘要
针对一种十字梁多维力传感器进行了应力—应变分析,建立了这种传感器的应力—应变模型,并对这种传感器的结构尺寸和应变计贴片位置进行了优化设计,优化设计以传感器获得最大精度为目标,结果显示:传感器优化后其顺应矩阵的条件数下降,传感器测量精度提高。
The stress-strain analysis of a kind of cross beam multi-axis force sensor is presented. The stress-strain model of the sensor is established. An optimal design of the sensor is fulfilled for the target of highest precision, structure sizes and the position of strain gauges. Optimal result shows that the condition number of matrix is reduced, so the sensor's precision is increased.
