摘要
廓清介绍贿赂罪与行贿罪、受贿罪共犯的界限有助于司法实践中对此罪的定性。介绍贿赂罪的客观要件应当仅限于行为人为行贿人安排与受贿人沟通、见面的机会,而不参加行贿、受贿的具体过程。
It is benefit to determine the death penalty or not in judicial practice by identifying the differences between bribery - pander crime and the accomplice in bribery criine, impersonal element of intro - bribe crime should only limit that criminal provide offering briber an opportunity to meet and communicate, but intro - briber do not participate action of offering bribe or accepting bribe.
