摘要
在高等教育管理日益复杂的背景下,现代人力资源管理的各种方法被引入到高校当中,绩效评估就是其中之一,美国大学较早地将它引入到教师评价中,以促进教师的专业发展和学校的战略发展。文中通过对美国研究型大学———加州大学伯克利分校的教师绩效评估进行分析,重点说明了该校做法对我国高校的教师评价的启示。
under the context of higher education became day by day complex, the methods of modern human resource management were introduced, faculty" s performance assessment is one of them, American university was earlier apply it into the faculty assessment, in order to promote faculty" s professional progress and the school's strategic development. This article summarizes the content of faculty's performance assessment in Berkeley, analyzing its characteristic, thus we can overcome our weak points by learning from its strong points.
