摘要
研究了用微波法提取木质素的工艺条件,探讨了微波功率、处理时间、乙醇体积分数、液固比、催化剂投加量对木质素产率的影响。结果表明,在微波功率为850 W、微波处理时间为30 s、乙醇体积分数为50%、液固体比为8∶1、催化剂投加量为6%的条件下蒸煮1 h,木质素的产率为51.92%,比未经微波处理的高出23.35%。表明微波法是一种提取木质素的有效方法。
This paper studied the extracting technology of lignin by microwave. The effects of the operating conditioins on the lignin yield were analyzed. The results showed that the lignin yield raised 23.35 % under the optimal technological condition than that of non-microwave. The optimal extraction conditions were concluded as follows: microwave power 850 W, treatment time 30 s, volume fraction of ethanol 50%, ratio of solution to material 8 : 1, catalyst amount 6% and heated for 1 hour. Therefore, extracting lignin by microwave was proved to be an efficient method.
