摘要
在随钻测量和随钻测井技术中,近钻头传感器测量数据的传输一直是个难题,为此,提出了用电磁感应电流场建立短距离无线传输信道的方法将近钻头传感器测量数据跨井下马达传输,或遥控无法穿线缆的井下工具。分析了建立无线短传信道的原理,介绍了关键部件的设计和无线短传通信机的工作过程,以及无线短传系统的试验情况和试验结果。
The transmission of data measured by sensor near to bit is a challenge in measurement while drilling. Therefore this paper proposes a new method, which uses electromagnetic induction to establish short distance wireless transmission channel to transmit the data from sensor near to drill bit, or to remote control the downhole tools that cannot be passed by wire. This paper introduces the principles of how to establish the short distance wireless channel, the design of key parts, workflow of wireless short distance tool and the experiment condition and experiment results of this system.
