摘要
出口信用保险是各国政府支持出口、防范收汇风险的国际通行做法,具有风险保障、出口促进、政策导向等重要作用。根据国家的出口战略部署,农产品、成套设备、机电产品和高科技产品是当前我国重点扶持的出口行业,这些行业的发展涉及多方面的因素,资金问题尤显重要,出口信用保险的政策性作用就是配合国家出口战略,加大对重点出口行业、重点出口企业的支持。
Export credit insurance is the common measure that governments in the world support export and offer coverage against foreign exchange earnings risk. It possesses important functions including risk guarantee, export promotion, and policy guide. At present, in accordance with the Chinese government＇s export policies, agricultural products, whole set equipment, mechanical ＆ electrical products and high-tech products are industries that our nation specially supports. But the development of these industries depends on many factors, especially on finance. Thus, the policy function of export credit insurance is to follow national export strategies and accelerate the support for key export industries and key export enterprises.
