摘要
在盐胁迫条件下,研究了利福平的抗盐作用及利福平对诱抗剂HI诱导水稻品种R6耐盐性的影响,并从幼苗的生长形态和生理指标O2.-、SOD、POD、CAT、可溶性糖、脯氨酸的含量进行分析,结果表明:利福平处理对水稻R6耐盐性的提高有一定的作用,对诱抗剂HI诱导水稻R6耐盐性起到了显著的增效作用。
The anti - salt function of Rifampicin and its effect on the salt- tolerance of rice R6 induced by elicitor HI were studied under salt stress, and the content of O2^-, SOD, POD, CAT, Soluble Carbohydrate and Proline were anolyzed. The result indicated that Rifampicin had a positive function on promoting salt - tolerance of rice R6 to some extent and had a notable increase effect on the salt tolerance of rice R6 induced by elicitor HI.
