绝经妇女脊椎压缩性骨折90例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨绝经妇女骨质疏松性脊椎压缩性骨折的特点。方法收集90例脊椎压缩性骨折的绝经妇女的临床资料,分析脊椎骨折的部位、次数、发生骨折的椎体个数夏与患者年龄、体重和身高的关系。结果脊椎骨折可发生在第4胸椎~第5腰椎(T4~L5)任何一个椎体,最多见于L2,其次为L1;发生1次骨折者52例(57.8%),2次者18例(20.0%),≥3次者20例(22.2%);1个椎体骨折者49例(54.5%),2个椎体骨折者21例(23.3%),≥3个椎体骨折者20例(22.2%);骨折发生次数和脊椎压缩数目均与年龄、绝经年限呈正相关(P〈0.001),与身高、体重呈负相关(P〈0.001)。结论绝经妇女骨质疏松性脊椎骨折的发生部位以L2最多见,多数为1个推体骨折,但1次骨折后发生再次骨折的风险明显增加;随年龄的增长或绝经年限的延长,或者体重的减轻和身高的降低,脊椎压缩性骨折的发生次数也明显增多。
