摘要 肿瘤血管形成是由肿瘤血管形成因子和抗血管生成因子共同调控的一个多步骤过程,它导致已有的血管系统中形成新的血管,对肿瘤的生长、转移和预后起关键作用。研究表明给予抗血管形成药物后,肿瘤的生长和转移受到明显抑制,抑制肿瘤血管形成已经成为一种可行的预防和治疗肿瘤的新途径。文章就肿瘤和血管形成的关系进行了简要综述。 The generation of tumor angiogenesis is a process that controlled mutually by tumor angiogenesis factor and tumor antiangiogenesis factor. It can induce vessal system generating new vessals. It takes key role in the growth, transference and grognosis of tumor. These functions have been recognized by most scholars. Many studies showed that when accepted antiangiogenesis medicine, the growth and transference of tumor were inhibited conspicuously. So inhibiting the angiogenesis is a feasible pathway to preventing and treating tumor. In this study, the relationship between tumor and angiogenesis and the factors interrelated with tumor angiogenesis and gene researched recently were introduced compendiously.
