摘要
目的:了解急诊科护士工作耗竭状况及相关因素。方法:采用Maslach编制的护士工作问卷(MBI)和自行设计的急诊护士压力源问卷,对北京市4家三级甲等医院的131名急诊护士进行问卷调查。结果:131名受测试的急诊护士MBI的平均分值明显高于MBI参考值。其中情绪枯竭(EE)和去人格化倾向(DP)这两个因子平均分值明显高于MBI参考值,而个人成就感平均分值明显低于MBI参考值,差异均有高度的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:急诊护士的耗竭体验水平较高,应重视急诊护士心理健康问题,合理地提供干预措施,疏导工作中的各种心理问题,维护身心健康。
Objective: To find out the exhausting experience among emergency nurses and its relevant factors. Method: MBI (by Maslach) and a self-designed emergency nurse stressors questionnaire were used to investigate 131 emergency nurses in 4 Class-Ⅲ A hospitals of Beijing. Results: The average MBI score of 131 nurses was significantly higher than the reference score(P〈0.01). The scores of emotion exhausting (EE) and depersonalization predisposition(DP) among emergency nurses were statistically higher than those of reference, but the score of personal achievement (PE) among them was lower than that of reference(P〈0.01). Conclusion: The level of exhaustion experience among emergency nurses is high. Measures should be taken by nurse managers to alleviate the psychological problems of them and maintain the physical-psychological health of them.
