摘要
目的:探讨视网膜神经上皮层同种异体移植的可能性。方法:用新生小鼠的视网膜神经上皮层组织块移植到36只成年小鼠的视网膜下间隙,分别于手术后6、12、18天各处死受鼠12只,摘取眼球做光镜病理组织学检查。结果:16.7%(6/36)受鼠眼球未找到移植物,其自身组织完整无损;66.7%(24/86)移植物存活于视网膜下间隙或视网膜内层;8.3%(3/36)存活于玻璃体腔内,皆分化发育形成花环结构;8.3%(3/36)发生毁坏性肉芽肿性炎症。结论:在我们18天的观察时间内,移植物成功植入的30只眼标本中90.0%(27/30)的移植物存活,并进一步分化和发育。
OBJECTIVE:Toexaminethepossibilityofalogenicneuralretinaltransplantation.METHODS:Donorneuralretinaltissueobtainedfromneonatalmicewasimplantedintothesubreti-nalspaceof36adultmice.Twelverecipientsweresacrificedatday6,day12,andday18post-trans-plantationrespectively,andtheeyeswereenucleatedforhistologicexamination.RESULTS:Thegraftwasfailedtobefoundbutthehostretinaremainednormalin16.7%(6/36),thegraftwasfoundsurvivalandshowedfurtherdiferentiationintoroseteformationinthehostsubretinalspaceandinnerretinain66.7%(24/36),inthevitreouscavityin8.3%(3/36).Disastrousgranulomatousinflammationoccuredin8.3%(3/36).CONCLUSION:Alogenicretinafromneonatalmiceimplant-edintothesubretinalspacemightexperienceimmuneprivilege,inagreatextent,andshowedfurtherdiferentiationduringtheexperimentalperiodsoftime.
