摘要
关于PNF牵张法发展柔韧素质及预防运动损伤的研究,近几年来取得很大的进展。但在今后一段时期还仍是运动训练及体育保健与康复领域的重要课题之一。通过对近10年来部分发展柔韧素质及预防运动损伤研究文献的总结发现,发展柔韧素质及预防运动损伤方法有多种,但相对而言,PNF牵张法当属最有效的方法之一,本文主要对PNF牵张法发展柔韧素质及预防运动损伤的研究进行了综述。
Research on the PNF to develop flexibility and preventing sport injury has gota big progress in recent years. But it is still one of the hot topics in sport training, sport health care and recovery from illness. The article points out that PNF is a better way to develop flexibility and preventing sport injury by contrast through summary on literature review of PNF to develop flexibility and preventing sport injury in near 10 years. The article gives an overview on PNF to develop flexibility and prevent sport injury.
