摘要
目的探讨婴儿行为发育的主要影响因素。方法采用儿童心理量表对1岁婴儿进行发育商测定,同时应用自行设计的因素调查表进行问卷调查。所收集的资料采用广义线性回归模型进行单因素和多因素的分析。结果高危儿干预组与高危儿对照组的平均发育商比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常儿早教组与正常儿对照组的平均发育商比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素分析显示,母亲文化程度、早期教育或早期干预、婴儿性别、出生体重、新生儿疾病是影响婴儿行为发育的主要影响因素。结论加强孕产妇保健,减少窒息、颅内出血、产伤等围生期高危儿的发生;开展健康教育提高家长对早期教育的认识;广泛开展有计划的、规范、系统的早期教育和早期干预是促进婴幼儿行为发育的措施。
Objective To explore the main influential factors of infant behavior development. Methods The Enfant Mental Scales were used to test the infant behavior developmental quotient (DQ) at 1 year old. At the same time, the factors were collected by self-designed questionnaire. The data was analysed by general linear regression models. Results The average developmental quotient of high risk infant with early education was significantly higher than that without early education (P〈0.05). No significant difference of average DQ was found between normal infant with early education and without early education (P〉0. 05). Multivariate regression analysis showed that sex, maternal education degree, early education or early intervention, birth weigh, disease of newborn were significantly associated with infant behavior development. Conclusion The measures to improve infant behavior development shoud be focused on taking more care of pregnant woman, reducing the high-risk neonates of asphyxia, intracranial hemorrhage and birth trauma in perinatal period, increasing the health care knowledge of the parents, and developing the systematical early education and early intervention.
