摘要
研究采用文献资料法、调查访问法、逻辑分析法,通过教学实践探索,认为健美操的教学能力是反映学生专项综合素质最重要的部分,创新能力是培养人才综合素质的核心,表现力是展示人的综合素质的能力,理论知识体系是构成专项综合素质的重要支撑力。
By adopting the method of documentary research, investigation, logic analysis and the teaching practics the writer thinks that the teaching ability of aerobics is very important to reflect students＇ comprehensive quality; the creativity is the core to train the talents＇ comprehensive quality and the performance can show students＇ comprehensive quality. In the meantime, theoretic knowledge can best support to constitute the comprehensive quality of a specialized course.
