摘要
以汽车可靠性工程为技术背景,提出了汽车零部件可靠性管理数据仓库的功能架构,及基于数据仓库定量管理方法。分析了失效诊断中数据仓库建设一般过程,描述了集成化建模方法,对数据准确度,数据更新,数据查询,数据齐备,数据备份,接口数据可持续使用等方面进行研究,以提高数据仓库的准确度。实际案例说明了该模型的有效性,为汽车产品的可靠性设计与分析提供了一种实用而有效的新途径。
The architecture of data warehoum for automobile rdiahility DEMS(Dependability Engineering Management System)and related quantitative management methods were proposed, which could be used in automobile rdiability engineering. The general process of data warehouse construct in invalidation diagnosis was analyzed and the integrated modeling method was described. To improve the veracity, the data veracity, data update, data query, data integrality, data backup and continuous usage of interface data were investigated. With real case, the model was proved valid, and can be used as a new approach for design and analysis of automotive products reliability.
