摘要
目的鉴定河南省内不同产地与年限的桔梗药材。方法利用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,作蛋白质、过氧化物酶同工酶、酯酶同工酶分析。结果各样品的蛋白质电泳图谱基本一致,同工酶酶谱有共有带,但酶带数量与活性强度却有差异。结论PAGE分析快速、灵敏、技术简单,可用于桔梗药材的鉴定与质量评价。
Objective To distinguish Radix Platycodon grandiflorum in various ages from different places. Methods The protein, peroxidase isozyme and esterase isozyme of Radix Platycodon grandiflorum were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results There was little difference to a certain extent on their protein PAGE;the zymogram of the peroxidase isozyme and esterase isozyme of different Radix Platycodon grandiflorum consisted of common bands,but they had more or less difference in the number of isozymic bands and in their activity intensity. Conclusion PAGE has many advantages such as fast, high sensitivity and simple operation. It can be used for identification and quality evaluation of Radix Platycodon grandiflorum.
