摘要 为了探求快速、精确和低价位地直接测出非正弦波的失真度,通过对失真度定义式的傅立叶级数分析和演算,设计出一种直接测量失真度的系统,讨论了该系统的实施及其关键技术.测试信号电平范围为±5 V,基波频率上限100 kHz,精度可达失真度的2.5%。试验结果表明系统性能符合设计要求,可广泛应用于音频和超声领域失真度的直接测量. The paper aims to search a new measure scheme which gets distortion coefficient of wave directly and accurately. On the basis of Fourier series,a direct measure system with better valuarptip was designed. Some key issues of implementation were discussed: The level range of input,signal is ±5 velts. The highest frequency of basic wave is less than 100 kHz. The accuracy of system approaches 2.5%. The experiment of scale shows that the function indexes of system are acceptable. The System finds wide applications in direct measurement of distortion coefficient at audio and ultrasound domain .
