摘要
目的探讨临床带教老师竞聘上岗对护理带教质量的影响效果。方法将2002级护理大专生45名为对照组,2003级护理大专生59名为实验组,学制均为3年。两组年龄、在校理论基础课成绩比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组是选择年资高的护士作为带教老师;实验组采用竞聘上岗的方法选择带教老师,即通过按条件报名、理论考试、竞聘演讲、综合考核评价4个步骤而择优选聘的老师。结果实验组的理论、操作考试合格率及对老师评价合格率分别是97%、95%、92%,均明显高于对照组71%、69%、74%。同时用两样本率采用四格表2χ检验或精确2χ检验,显示差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组的教学效果优于对照组。结论带教老师竞聘上岗适应现时代选择人才要求,并提高了护理临床带教水平及教学质量。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical tutor's competing for a post on quality of learning. Methods 45 nursing students of Grade 2002 and another 59 from Grade 2003 with the same learning system of three years were set as control group and experimental group, no significant differences in view of age and performances in basic theory (P〉0.05). The students form the control group were tutored by senior experienced teacher while those from the experimental group by the tutors who succeeded in competing for the post of tutorship through the four steps of signing up, theoretic exam, speech making and comprehensive assessment. Results The passing rates in theoretic exam, manipulation exam and assessment for teachers were 97%, 95% and 92% in the experimental group, higher than 71%, 69%,6 and 74% in the control group, respectively. By χ^2 test and fisher χ^2 test, the differences were significant (P〈0.01), indicating the experimental group gained better teaching effect. Conclusion That the tutors compete for tutoring position satisfies the requirement of the contemporary era and improves the quality of tutorship and learning quality.
