培美曲塞治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者不良反应的护理 被引量：10

摘要 总结18例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者使用培美曲塞化疗不良反应的护理经验。18例患者中,1例发生药液外渗,10例出现轻度胃肠道反应,5例出现血红蛋白或白细胞下降,1例出现皮肤瘙痒,2例出现肝功能损害,转氨酶升高。加强血常规和体温检测,及时发现药物的血液毒性及时处理;给予地塞米松预防皮肤瘙痒发生;用药前及用药期间检测肝功能情况,对于肝功能异常者予护肝治疗:18例患者均能够顺利完成培美曲塞治疗。
