Simulation and experimental research on micro abrasive jet machining

摘要 利用流体动力学仿真软件CFX对微细磨料喷射加工中,影响加工效果的喷射压力、喷射距离等影响因素进行仿真,模拟出不同参数下磨料微粒的速度、工件表面所受压力的分布规律,并与实验结果进行对比,验证仿真结果的正确性。 The influence of jet pressure and stand-off distance on the micro abrasive jet machining is simulated by hydrodynaraics simulation software CFX. The variation of the abrasive velocity, the pressure applied on the workpieee with the jet pressure and stand-off distance is obtained. Experimental results verify the simulation regularities.
